Stericycle Acquires New Facility, Revenues

Lake Forest, Ill. -- Stericycle has signed a merger agreement with Bridgeview Inc., Morgantown, Pa., that will bring an additional minimum of $5 million in revenue to the company. Stericycle provides medical waste management services to facilities in the U.S. and abroad and specializes in medical waste collection, treatment, transportation, disposal and safety-compliance programs. Company officials say Bridgeview’s facilities will provide Stericycle additional treatment and collection capacity.
