The state of Ohio is pushing for further action regarding environmental violations at Crossridge Landfill in Jefferson County.
The site's operators have $19 million in judgment going back to 2012 against the landfill and its affiliated companies. Ohio alleges that the operators have illegal transferred assets to avoid action.
