Fort Worth, Texas -- IESI Corporation has reported net income of $64.2 million or a 12.2 percent increase for the three months ended Sept. 30, 2003. Net income for the same period one year ago was $57.2 million. Operating income for the quarter was $4.9 million, which closely parallels 2002 figures.
