A new study of global waste-to-energy market reports that more than 100 projects are under construction, almost 62 have been approved and more than 210 are planned.
The Dublin, Ireland-based Research and Markets report, “Waste to Energy – The World Market for Waste Incineration Plants 2013/2014,” provides a detailed analysis of pros and cons, technology and costs of waste incineration, including all the important political, economic, managerial and technical trends, according to a news release.
It also includes a description of the current and future market volumes by countries, through 2017, and an analysis and description of the world's most important operators and plant manufacturers, including market shares.
