Rocky Mountain Recycling Reveals New Sorting Equipment

In response to Salt Lake City's new recycling ordinance that goes into effect on January 4, 2018, and requires all businesses and multifamily units to implement onsite recycling programs utilizing specialized bins provided by local solid waste haulers, Rocky Mountain Recycling is providing critical processing infrastructure to process and sort recyclables with a state-of-the-art system equipped with conveyors and screens.

Rocky Mountain Recycling will reveal the new equipment today during a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony and demonstration for customers, waste haulers and city officials.
