Leon Panetta To Speak Today At SWANA Conference

Monterey, Calif. — Leon Panetta, who served as chief of staff to President Bill Clinton, will deliver the keynote address today at the Solid Waste Association of North America’s (SWANA) "Solid Waste Managers: Trends and Challenges" conference in Monterey. "We are delighted to have Mr. Panetta join us in Monterey," says John Skinner, executive director and CEO of SWANA. "I am confident that Mr. Panetta’s discussion of the value of public service will ring true with our members attending the conference, who have chosen a career serving their communities."
