Diamond Z Buys Rule Steel

Caldwell, Idaho — Diamond Z Manufacturing, Caldwell, Idaho, a manufacturer of industrial tubs and horizontal grinders, has purchased Rule Steel, Caldwell, Idaho, a manufacturer of steel products. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Rule Steel will retain its name and will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Diamond Z. The companies’ combined revenues are more than $30 million.
