Capital Waste Finalizes 11th Acquisition, Adding SC Waste to Regional Lineup

Regional solid waste services provider Capital Waste Services completed its acquisition of South Carolina Waste (SC Waste).

SC Waste, a provider of collection, hauling, and disposal services, specializes in serving commercial, construction, and municipal customers within Orangeburg County, SC. This strategic acquisition marks the 11th add-on acquisition for Columbia, SC.-based Capital Waste.

"Capital Waste is thrilled to expand its footprint in South Carolina with the acquisition of SC Waste," Matt Parker, Capital Waste CEO, stated. The acquisition reinforces Capital Waste's commitment to growth and enhancing its service offerings throughout the Southeast.

Capital Waste operates 11 hauling locations and 13 disposal facilities across South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Virginia, with a customer base of 95,000 residential customers and 16,000 commercial, industrial, and construction clients.
