Ohio Landscaping Business Owner Cleans Up Buried Solid Waste

Evans Landscaping in Hamilton County, Ohio recently reached a settlement with county health officials and the Ohio EPA to cleanup an estimated 6,000 to 10,000 cubic yards of illegal waste.

The waste sits in a five-acre section of the company's site. The company had three total sites that must be cleaned up and two-decades worth of environmental violations.
