A Kingsbury, N.Y., couple was arrested and accused of stealing money from their partners at a waste and recycling company, according to state police.
Police say Eric Carpenter, 39, and Angela Carpenter, 48, have been charged with grand larceny and falsifying business records. The pair are accused of failing to make deposits into the Premier Recycling and Waste business bank account for at least 21 months.
According to reports, the two were arraigned and released and are due back in court at a later date.

A Kingsbury couple faces felony charges for allegedly stealing thousands of dollars from their partners in a local trash company, police said.
Eric J. Carpenter, 39, and Angela J. Carpenter, 48, each face counts of grand larceny and falsifying business records for allegedly taking money that was owed to business partners, according to State Police. They are accused of taking over $3,000 to which they weren't entitled.
The couple were two of four partners in Premier Recycling & Waste, and are accused of withholding money from the company bank accounts and keeping it for themselves over a period of 21 months, police said.
