GSL Withdraws Applications For Dalton Landfill, But Expected To Re-File

An application for a controversial landfill in Dalton, New Hampshire has been temporarily withdrawn. With new legislation that could potentially impact plans for the landfill, it is unclear whether the Dalton landfill will affect reapplication. The company, Granite State Landfill, LLC, or GSL, has also withdrawn an application for an air permit. Representatives from GSL have announced they do have intentions of reapplying.
