A former Clover Flat landfill worker is seeking $150 million for those affected by alleged unlawful practices.

According to the complaint, Jose Garibay Jr. was a former employee at the Napa Valley landfill from 2019 until 2022. He began his employment as a driver and was quickly promoted to manager, but then terminated for no reason.
