Imperfect Foods is Reducing Food Waste

The COVID-19 pandemic has created an alarming rate of food being wasted. From airlines reducing the amount of flights and college campuses being empty, the food supply has been affected.

Imperfect Foods is trying to rectify this issue and redirect the food in different avenues. For example, they sold 40,000 JetBlue cheese trays and snacks that were intended for college dining halls to customers.
