Stefanie Valentic, Editorial Director

August 5, 2021

In 2019, 42 million visitors descended on the Las Vegas strip. That number plummeted to 19 million people in 2020 due to pandemic closures. This week, Editorial Director Stefanie Valentic talks trash with Brittany Price, director of sustainable operations for MGM Resorts International. Price discusses the issue of food waste and waste diversion for the company's 13 Vegas properties.
