Article-ERI Expands California Electronics Recycling Plant

Electronic Recyclers International Inc. (ERI) has expanded its Fresno, Calif., electronics recycling plant.

The North Fresno, Calif.-based ERI said in a news release it expanded the facility by 40,000 square feet and to more than 250,000 square feet.

The company expanded the facility to accommodate its large shredder and fast-growing Asset Management Department. ERI leases the space from Diversified Development Group.

"We're very proud of the growth we've achieved in our home town of Fresno over the last several years," said John Shegerian, ERI chairman and CEO. "Now, with the continuous growth of the electronic recycling and urban mining markets, we simply need to make more space to accommodate the expanding electronic recycling needs of California and beyond.”
