Waste Harmonics Names Adam Darder as Vice President of Technology

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Waste Harmonics, a Rochester-based managed services provider in the waste industry, is proud to announce that Adam Darder has been promoted to vice president of technology.

Darder brings more than 20 years of experience to the role, successfully developing software systems for various organizations, from large Fortune 500 companies to start-ups. He has extensive experience in software development, designing user processes and implementing custom software around those processes, managing client relationships and team leadership.

As vice president of technology, Darder will be responsible for oversight of all technology initiatives and resources at Waste Harmonics, including the company’s IT staff, infrastructure, applications, databases and monitoring devices. He joined the Waste Harmonics team as director of software development in 2018. Prior, Darder served as director of development for Document Security Systems Inc.

Darder graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in computer science. He resides in Brighton, New York.
