Rachel has been a part of the original leadership team that took PureCycle from startup to publicly-traded company and was instrumental in closing $250 million in municipal bonds that are funding the construction and operation of PureCycle’s first commercial plant. She was also a catalyst of creating the company's PureZero™ program, which is the first zero plastic waste program for sports and entertainment. Rachel walks the talk on sustainability, recycling and partnership. She is inclusive in every aspect of her role and is encouraging, energetic and the definition of teamwork.
