This month Sparks residents will be getting a new recycling container delivered right to their curb. Single-stream recycling has now expanded to the Rail City after months of negotiations.
Blue-topped bins will take the place of old recycling crates and the nice thing is you don't have to separate out your recyclables.
Glass, cans, cardboard, paper...it all goes in at once.
"Newspapers, junk mail, magazines, cardboard; that's what everyone seems to be most excited about being able to recycle,” says Sarah Polito, Waste Management.
