Solar Ypsi has started a petition in support of DTE Energy's proposal to install a large solar array on a landfill off of I-94.

DTE proposes installing the 200kW to 1Mw photovoltaic solar array on city-owned property along Huron Street and the westbound exit from I-94. The company is looking for a location with high visibility.
