A controlled burn is taking place at Wall Recycling Raleigh in North Carolina. The landfill is a disposal site for trees, stumps, and limbs, and received a permit for the burn. Creating a lot of smoke through the weekend, the fire has caused numerous complaints from the local residents to flood in. Robert Hodge of the Raleigh Fire Division says there he is unsure how long the smoke will continue.
