Triadelphia, West Virginia's recycling center is once again taking drop-off materials.

The Ohio County Solid Waste Authority reopened the facility and is focusing on collecting plastics such as water bottles, bubble wraps and any food wraps. In an agreement with Trex, the materials collected will be used for plastic-based construction materials. And for every 500 pounds collected, Ohio County will receive a plastic bench in return.

Other items accepted at drop-off include aluminum cans such as soup cans, cardboard, paper and magazines. Pizza boxes and milk cartons are examples of items that are not accepted.
