“Synergy and Safety-Kleen are a great fit because we complement each other in so many ways,” said Elliott Paul, Founder and President of Synergy Recycling. “We believe this transaction will be good for all our stakeholders, especially our customers, employees, suppliers, and our neighbors. We are very appreciative of the service provided by our transaction advisors at A. E. Rosica & Co. and our legal advisors at Nelson Mullins. We engaged A. E. Rosica & Co. because of their experience and expertise in our industry. Our relationship with them goes back to when they were involved in the sale of my father’s business almost 20 years ago.”
