Republic Acquires River City Waste Services

La Salle, Ill.-based River City Waste Services has been sold to Republic Services.
While the details of the transaction were not disclosed, the deal closed on Monday. River City waste was founded in 2019 as a family-owned business.
Customers can expect either a Republic Services or a River City truck to pick up their trash going forward.
