Meridian Waste Solutions Acquires Environmental Trash Company

Meridian Waste Solutions, Inc., an innovative technology and integrated, non-hazardous solid waste services company based in Atlanta, has acquired St. Ann, Mo.-based Environmental Trash Company (ETC).

Meridian Waste will now provide waste and recycling services to approximately 2,000 commercial and residential subscription customers in St. Louis and St. Charles Counties from its existing Bridgeton, Mo., location.

“We wish to welcome the ETC customers and employees to the Meridian Waste family,” said Scott Bradshaw, area vice president for Meridian Waste, in a statement. “While the name of the company will change to Meridian Waste, the core group of drivers, helpers, dispatchers and customer care staff are still committed to keeping your streets and businesses clean.”
