E-Waste Systems Inc. has agreed to buy an electronic waste recycling company.
The London-based E-Waste Systems said the letter of intent for the deal requires that the buyer not be identified until it is final. But the company being acquired is an end-of-life electronics company with operations in the southwest, central and western regions of the United States. It has total operating space of 125,000 square feet, E-Waste Systems said in a news release.
The space allows E-Waste Systems to immediately expand in each market, said CEO
Martin Nielson. The company is profitable and growing.
Earlier in June E-Waste Systems agreed to buy an e-waste recycling company in the southeast United States.
