Advanced Disposal Services Inc. has purchased Georgia waste hauler At Your Disposal Inc. for an undisclosed amount.
The Jacksonville, Fla.-based Advanced Disposal said in a news release that the purchase of the Toccoa, Ga.-based waste hauler expands the company’s presence in the north Georgia market. The Georgia hauler has 326 customers.
At Your Disposal started providing commercial front-load waste service in 2005. Owner Ken Van Byssum will join Advanced Disposal.
“Acquiring At Your Disposal presented an excellent opportunity for us to grow our commercial business in north Georgia by strengthening our density and efficiencies,” said Charlie Gray, regional vice president for Advanced Disposal.
