Sant Rosa County granted Adams Sanitation a permit to provide waste collection services in southern Santa Rosa County. This was met with opposition by Waste Pro, who already had an exclusive contract with the county. 

Since then, a Santa Rosa judge filed an injunction to Adams Sanitation's permit while the case is heard. Waste Pro has motioned for a financial penalty for Adams Sanitation for every day their service goes against the injunction order.
