Waste Harmonics Welcomes Human Resources Manager

ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Waste Harmonics, a Rochester-based managed services provider in the waste industry, is proud to announce that Carl Provenzano has joined its team as human resources manager.

In his new role, Provenzano will be responsible for ensuring current Waste Harmonics employees have a great experience, while attracting and developing future team members. He has more than 20 years of human resources experience and joins the team from Reischling Press Inc., where is served as human resources manager.

“Carl is a fantastic addition to the Waste Harmonics team,” Waste Harmonics CEO and founder Mike Hess said. “His wealth of experience with employee recruitment and retention will be instrumental as we continue the trajectory of our rapid growth.”

Provenzano graduated from Niagara University with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He resides in Webster, New York.
