While it’s unlikely that our readership dovetails with the thrash metal fan community, we pass along this notice as a service: Virginia-based thrash metal group Municipal Waste will release it’s fifth studio album, titled “The Fatal Feast” this spring. The reasoning behind the band’s choice of moniker is unclear, but with song titles like “Born to Party,” “Horny for Blood” and “Septic Detonation” in its catalog, it’s safe to assume the group does not take itself too seriously.

With any luck, the band will go on to have a long and storied career until the inevitable break up, followed ultimately by a reunion for the “Municipal Waste: Recycled” tour.
