Tennessee Dept. of Transportation Launches Third Annual No Trash November

A statewide initiative in Tennessee is encouraging residents to pick up litter.
This is the third year the state's Department of Transportation has hosted No Trash November. The program asks community members and organizations to plan and host clean-up events to keep roadways safe and streets clean.
