Re:Think Recycling Acquires PureTech Plastics

Chicago-based Re:Think Recycling Group has acquired PureTech Plastics, East Farmingdale, N.Y. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

“I have enormous confidence in the people at PureTech Plastics to drive this business to new heights for our customers,” said David Bender, owner and CEO of Re:Think, in a press release.

According to Re:Think, it plans to keep the PureTech management team in place and expand its operations. Effective Immediately, PureTech’s operations will expand from five to seven days a week.
