Franklin County Land Management Inc. Withdrawals Landfill Expansion Request
Franklin County Land Management Inc. has officially withdrawn its request to expand its landfill and areas of operation. The withdrawal was signed by the president of the company, Neil Hergett.

Franklin County Land Management Inc. (FCLM) has reportedly withdrawn its request to expand its landfill.
Signed by Neil Hargett, president of FCLM, the letter of official withdrawal states that the "application withdrawal does not waive, release or otherwise in any way prevent or bar Franklin County Land Management Inc. from refiling said application at a future date.”
If approved, the expansion would have allowed the landfill to use up to 467 acres of land, as opposed to their current 45 acres.
