Waste Haulers Acquires WE Dispose

Waste Haulers, Providence, R.I., has announced the acquisition of WE Dispose, Providence, R.I. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

“The company’s goal to be the premiere waste hauling company in New England has become a reality,” said Pat Sperduto, president of Waste Haulers, in a press release. “With revenues approaching $20 million, we are the fastest growing solid waste company in New England.”
