Waste Industries Acquires S.C. Collection Operation

Raleigh, N.C. -- Waste Industries USA Inc. has acquired Waste Watchers, a Charleston, S.C.-based collection company with commercial, industrial and residential waste customers. The company will be a tuck-in to Waste Industries’ existing operations in Summerville, S.C. and is expected to generate approximately $2.3 million in annual revenue.
