  • Autocar, Union City, Ind., has added Mark Neale as sales engineer. Neale will be responsible for developing and managing data book information for Autocar's Xpeditor low-cab-over-engine (LCOE) truck models.

  • Heil Environmental Industries Ltd., Chattanooga Tenn., has announced the following additions and promotions: David Baratti to director of marketing; Herb Wells to director of Western sales for the U.S. and Canada; Toby Harris to manager of marketing services; Steve Dupuis to director of distributor sales and ready trucks; Terry Welch to ready truck manager.
