Waste Management Makes Staff Changes for CFO and CAO

Houston — Waste Management Inc. (WMI) announced today that David P. Steiner is the new executive vice president and chief financial officer. A company insider, Steiner joined WMI in November 2000 and has previously been the company’s senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Steiner was engaged in financial endeavors including financial reporting and corporate transactions. In other personnel changes, Lawrence O’Donnell was named chief administrative officer. Previously, O’Donnell served as the company’s executive vice president of the western group. William L. Trubeck replaces O’Donnell as executive vice president of the western group.
