Lordstown Landfill Sued for $5M by Neighbor Over Dust and Odor Allegations

A woman named Mari Nagy is filing a class action negligence and nuisance lawsuit claiming a nearby landfill, Lordstown Construction Recovery, isn't doing as much as they can to prevent orders and dust from dispursing throughout the neighborhoods surrounding the landfill.

Nagy lives about two and a half miles away from the landfill and believes the orders decrease property values. Over the past two years, the landfill has been issued nine Notices of Violation. Lordstown Construction Recovery has yet to file an answer to the complaint.
