Association Notes: A Hard Look in the Mirror

Our group, which represents the private-sector waste and recycling industry in the United States, announced recently that we were adopting a new name: the National Waste & Recycling Association. This name change followed an extensive planning effort leading to a reorganization of our group and the decision by our leadership to become the voice of “all things waste and recycling.”
