Advanced Disposal has purchased certain assets of Columbus, Wis.-based Badger Disposal Inc. for an undisclosed amount.

Ponte Vedra, Fla.-based Advanced Disposal said the acquisition includes residential and commercial customers in Wisconsin's Dodge and Columbia counties, according to a news release.

Advanced Disposal will serve former Badger Disposal customers from its hauling location in Horicon, Wis.

"Badger Disposal presented an opportunity to grow our existing base of business in the greater Horicon market," said Jay Rooney, Advanced Disposal's regional vice president. "We look forward to providing comprehensive waste and recycling solutions to our new customers."
