Volvo Global Trucks Continues Restructuring

Stockholm, Sweden -- Volvo Global Trucks has announced several structural changes to the company. Volvo Global Trucks will be integrated with Volvo Group Head Quarter; Volvo Trucks North America (VTNA) Inc., Renault V.I. and Mack Trucks Inc. will become separate business areas within Volvo Global Trucks; Michel Gigou, VTNA president, will become chairman of Mack and a member of the Volvo Group executive committee; and Volvo 3P will become a business unit within the Volvo Group and will focus on product planning, purchasing, and development for VTNA, Renault and Mack.
