City Clerk Melinda Benedict and Bob Schmidt, Public Works Supervisor, initially asked the Solid Waste Management District for $91,638 in grant funding. The Solid Waste Management District gave them $54,982, which will be used to offset the riding hauling and operation costs and Byrnes Mill.
