Possible Bomb Found at Maryland Recycling Facility

Authorities found a suspicious package Thursday at a Howard County recycling business that may have been a bomb threat target.

 

The device was discovered shortly after 9:30 a.m. at Sims Recycling at 7575 Washington Boulevard in Elkridge.

Authorities were treating the item as a "legit device," although it was not clear if it was incendiary.
