Two weeks into Medina County's transition to a "sum of all parts" recycling program, aimed at boosting recycling rates and reducing costs, signs are good that it could be a success.

Residents have already dropped nearly 21 tons of recyclable trash into bins outside the central trash facility in Westfield Township.
