Bloomington. Ill., Considering New Deal for Processing Recycling

Bloomington’s city council will vote Monday on renewing an agreement with Midwest Fiber to handle the processing of the city’s recycling.

The city first entered a two year contract with the company, which is based in Normal, in 2013.

“This particular contract represents a model referred to as a shared risk, shared benefit,” said Hales.
