Electronics waste recycler Arcoa Group Inc. has purchased Miller Electronics Recycling for an undisclosed amount.

Arcoa, based in Waukegan, Ill., expands into the Milwaukee market with the acquisition of Oak Creek, Wis.-based Miller Electronics, according to a news release.

Miller Electronics, which was formed through the merger of Miller Compressing Co. and Midwest Computer Recyclers in 2010, will assume the name of Arcoa and continue to operate out of its current location. It offers full service electronics disposition and recycling.

Arcoa has offices and warehouses in the greater Chicago area; Orlando, Fla.; Baltimore; and Santiago, Chile, said Arcoa President George Hinkle.
