NWRA’s Riley, WM’s Salaam Recognized Among The Hill’s Top Lobbyists for 2022

Arlington, VA – The Hill newspaper released its annual list of Washington, D.C.’s top lobbyists December 7, naming the National Waste & Recycling Association’s (NWRA) Chief Counsel & Senior Vice President of Government Affairs Jim Riley and WM’s Director of Federal Legislative Affairs Ibn Salaam to its 2022 list for the impacts they made on behalf of the waste and recycling industry.

“Jim and Ibn’s recognition by The Hill is well-deserved, and we are proud of their efforts on behalf of the industry,” said NWRA President and CEO Darrell Smith.
