KenBay Inc. sold to U.S. management team

Mendham, N.J. – KenBay Inc., Dublin, Ireland, a company that specializes in waste compaction services, has been sold to a New Jersey management company. KenBay will relocate its U.S. headquarters from Rochelle Park, N.J., to Mendham, N.J. Don Meis is president and chief operating officer of the U.S. distribution company with Christopher Meis, who is director of sales.
