Arlington, VA – A federal appeals court has temporarily blocked the Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) for COVID-19 issued by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) last week. The ETS requires employers with 100 or more employees to ensure each of their workers is fully vaccinated or tests negative for COVID-19 on a weekly basis.

The stay puts on hold certain deadlines outlined in the ETS. NWRA published a fact sheet explaining the ETS. We will continue to monitor these developments and provide updates.
