The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County requests interested parties to submit statements of qualification for the design, construction, operation, maintenance, management, and product marketing of a biosolids processing facility. This is a cooperative project with several public utilities within the County. The competition will consist of two phases: a pre-qualification phase (this RFQ) and a proposal phase for the pre-qualified firms.

A non-mandatory Pre-Qualification Conference will be held at the above address at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 22, 2003. Responses are due at the above address on or before 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 5, 2003. Responses received after that time will be returned unopened. Minority/Woman/Small Business Enterprises are strongly encouraged to participate.
