U.S. Composting Council Names New Executive Director

Hauppauge, N.Y. -- The U.S. Composting Council (USCC) has announced that Dr. Stuart Buckner has stepped down as the council's president to become executive director. Jack Hoeck, current vice president of the council, will act as interim president until officer elections are held in March 2002.
